Frequently asked questions

What is Stubazoo?

Stubazoo is a trade analytics and journal tool. It helps you gain insights into your trading performance and patterns by analyzing your broker statements and providing detailed statistics, charts, and reports.

Which brokers are supported?

Think or Swim (TD Ameritrade / Charles Schwab) account statement exports today. More brokers may be added over time.

Do I need to upload my entire trading history?

For the most accurate P&L, yes — upload from the very start of the account. If you only upload a partial history, P&L and win-rate figures reflect only what was uploaded, not your full lifetime trading.

Is there a limit to how much history I can upload?

No hard limit — the app is built to handle active day-trading volumes (thousands of trades across a multi-year history) without slowing down.

What if I need to re-upload or start over?

The upload page has a "delete all my existing trade data" option that clears your account's trades before importing the new file, in case a statement needs to be re-processed from scratch.

How much does it cost?

See the pricing section on the home page for current details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from the billing portal linked in the app once you're subscribed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Is Stubazoo financial or tax advice?

No. Stubazoo is a personal record-keeping tool — its stats, charts, and notices (including the wash sale watch) are informational approximations, not financial, investment, or tax advice. Always verify against your broker's official records, and consult a qualified professional for financial or tax decisions.

Is my data private?

Yes. Account numbers are masked to their last 4 digits before storage, we never store the full number, and we don't sell your data or share it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
