Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Not financial or tax advice

The Service is a personal trade-journaling tool. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other investment. Statistics and charts are informational approximations for your own recordkeeping — they are not financial, investment, or tax advice, and you shouldn't rely on them as such. Consult a qualified professional before making financial or tax decisions. We don't guarantee that data imported from a broker statement is complete or parsed without error — always verify against your broker's official records before relying on it.

Third-party brands & trademarks

"thinkorswim" and any other broker or trading-platform names mentioned in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., or any broker or platform referenced in the Service — we independently built a tool that reads the statement files those platforms export, nothing more. Broker names appear solely to describe which statement formats the Service supports.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We'll never ask you for your password — treat any message requesting it as fraudulent and don't respond. Your account is for your own use; don't share it or transfer it to anyone else, and we may terminate an account we find being shared or transferred.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to upload data you don't have the right to upload, attempt to access another user's data, interfere with the Service's operation, or circumvent its security controls (including rate limiting and bot-protection measures).

Ownership

We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the trade data you upload; you grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features you currently use, without liability to you for doing so.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms, including uploading data you don't have the right to upload.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

New subscribers may be offered a free trial period (currently 14 days) with full access to the Service at no charge. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged the then-current price for the plan you selected, and your subscription will continue on a recurring basis until cancelled. The free trial is a one-time offer per account and isn't renewed by cancelling and re-subscribing.

Paid access is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (linked in the app once you're subscribed) — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. It's your responsibility to confirm a cancellation actually went through — check for a confirmation or that the billing portal shows no active subscription. We aren't responsible for charges that continue because a cancellation wasn't completed. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it. Promotional pricing or discount codes, where offered, may be modified or revoked at any time and don't carry forward to future billing periods unless stated otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on data or statistics it displays. We also aren't responsible for delays or failures in the Service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages of infrastructure providers we depend on (such as our hosting or payment processors), internet or telecommunications failures, or other events we couldn't reasonably have prevented.

Governing law & general terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
